Each athlete receives a custom training regimen, which may include any of the following service modules based on assessment outcomes:
1. Outdoor Agility & Speed Training
Cone drills, ladder work, and change-of-direction mechanics
Sprint technique development (start, acceleration, top speed)
Footwork drills for position-specific movement
Reaction training
Ideal for: Skill positions (WR, DB, RB, QB) and any player needing to improve speed and quickness
2. Strength & Weight Training (Age-Appropriate)
Foundational strength development (bodyweight → resistance → weight training)
Core and posterior chain focus
Proper lifting technique (e.g., squat, deadlift, press, clean variations for older athletes)
Injury prevention & mobility
Ideal for: Linemen, linebackers, tight ends, and athletes progressing to high school football
3. Position-Specific Skill Development
QB: Throwing mechanics, footwork, pocket awareness, reads
WR/TE: Route running, release moves, catching technique
RB: Ball security, footwork, vision drills
OL/DL: Hand placement, leverage, foot drive, blocking/shed drills
LB/DB: Coverage skills, pursuit angles, tackling technique
4. Conditioning & Endurance Training
Football-specific intervals
Off-season and in-season conditioning
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Recovery sessions built into plan
5. Mobility, Flexibility & Injury Prevention
Dynamic warm-ups and cool-down routines
Joint mobility drills (hips, ankles, shoulders)
Stretching, foam rolling, and functional stability
Recovery protocols (especially during season)
Coaching Approach
1-on-1 or small group sessions
Progressive overload for growth and confidence
Education on body mechanics and self-care
Supportive, disciplined, and motivational environment
Scheduling & Packages
Flexible weekly training plans (1–4x per week but all 4 sessions must be scheduled within 30 days to track progress properly)
