Coach Bob is a certified USA Football coach with extensive experience developing athletes at every level—from first-time youth players to adult and retired athletes. He successfully head-coached a 6U flag football team of first-time players to a championship and currently leads the 2025 7U Virginia Gators team.
Coach Bob has trained multiple athletes selected for All-Star teams and has also coached athletes who have been ranked as high as 4-star recruits as young as nine years old. He works closely with the Virginia Beach Field House to program and lead 4–5 week summer flag football camps, focusing on developing athletic skill, game knowledge, and confidence in young players.
In addition to his coaching career, Coach Bob is the founder of Sweet Feet Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping underprivileged youth athletes across the Hampton Roads, VA area gain access to quality training and mentorship.

Coach Jamil Davis is a proud Warwick High School alum, where he earned MVP honors and was named All-District, All-Region, and All-State. He also showcased his talent in the Virginia High School All-Star Game.
At the collegiate level, Coach Davis made his mark at Livingstone College, earning spots on the All-CIAA Rookie Team and All-CIAA Team. As a standout linebacker, he helped lead the #1 ranked defense in the nation to two championships — achievements that earned him a place in the Livingstone College Hall of Fame. He holds dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
Coach Davis is the Founder and President of HC Fire Sports, established on March 15, 2022, in Ahoskie, North Carolina. The program is dedicated to developing young athletes from the ground up, preparing them for success in high school athletics and beyond, with a strong emphasis on using their craft as a pathway to college.
In the Fall of 2025, HC Fire Sports proudly launched its first all-girls flag football season, continuing Coach Davis’s mission to create opportunities and inspire the next generation of athletes.
