Semi-Private Group Training (Max 6 Athletes)
Train in a focused small-group environment with individualized coaching cues and competitive reps. Groups are capped at 6 athletes to ensure quality instruction and maximum effort.
Training may include:
Speed & Agility (Outdoor): sprint mechanics, footwork, change-of-direction, reaction training
Age-Appropriate Strength Training: safe technique, core/posterior chain work, mobility, and injury prevention
Position-Specific Skill Work: QB, WR/TE, RB, OL/DL, LB/DB fundamentals and technique
Conditioning: football-specific intervals, HIIT-style work, and built-in recovery
Mobility & Injury Prevention: dynamic warm-ups/cool-downs, joint mobility, stretching/foam rolling
Coaching Style: high-energy, structured sessions with progressive training, accountability, and a supportive team environment.
Scheduling & Packages: flexible weekly options 1–4x/week (all 4 sessions scheduled within 30 days for best progress tracking). In-season maintenance and off-season development options available. Monthly and session-based packages offered.
