Large Group Training (20+ Athletes)
High-energy, structured group sessions designed for team development, conditioning, and skill fundamentals. Training is staffed at 1 coach or coach’s assistant per every 6 athletes to keep instruction safe, organized, and hands-on.
Session focus may include:
Speed & Agility: sprint mechanics, footwork, change-of-direction, reaction drills
Position Fundamentals: technique stations for QB, WR/TE, RB, OL/DL, LB/DB
Competitive Drills: controlled 1v1s, challenges, and situational reps (age/skill appropriate)
Conditioning: football-specific intervals with built-in recovery
Mobility & Injury Prevention: dynamic warm-ups/cool-downs and movement prep
Format: station-based coaching, clear skill progressions, and fast-paced rotations to maximize reps for every athlete.
