4 Private Sessions (W/ Coach Bob O)

Each athlete receives a personalized training plan based on an initial assessment. Programs may include:

  • Speed & Agility (Outdoor): sprint mechanics, footwork, change-of-direction, and reaction training

  • Strength Training (Age-Appropriate): safe technique, core/posterior chain work, mobility, and injury prevention

  • Position-Specific Skills: QB, WR/TE, RB, OL/DL, LB/DB skill development tailored to the athlete

  • Conditioning: football-specific intervals, off-/in-season conditioning, HIIT, and recovery built in

  • Mobility & Injury Prevention: warm-ups/cool-downs, joint mobility, stretching/foam rolling, and recovery protocols

Coaching: 1-on-1 or small group, progressive training for confidence and performance, supportive and disciplined environment.

Scheduling & Packages: flexible plans 1–4x/week (all 4 sessions scheduled within 30 days for progress tracking), with in-season maintenance and off-season development options. Monthly and session-based packages available.

Includes Initial In-Person Assessment (30–45 min): fitness testing (speed, agility, strength, endurance), position skill evaluation, movement/injury-risk screening, and goal discussion—used to build the custom plan.
