Private Training (Single Sessions)
One-on-one coaching with a customized training focus each visit. Ideal for athletes who want maximum attention, flexible scheduling, and targeted improvement.

First session includes an Initial In-Person Assessment (30–45 min):

  • Fitness testing (speed, agility, strength, endurance)

  • Position-specific skill evaluation

  • Movement mechanics & injury-risk screening

  • Goals and playing experience review
    Purpose: Build your personalized training plan and set clear performance targets.

After the assessment, sessions may include:

  • Speed & Agility (Outdoor): sprint mechanics, footwork, change-of-direction, reaction training

  • Age-Appropriate Strength Training: safe technique, core/posterior chain work, mobility, injury prevention

  • Position-Specific Skills: QB, WR/TE, RB, OL/DL, LB/DB technique and fundamentals

  • Conditioning: football-specific intervals, HIIT-style work, recovery built in

  • Mobility & Injury Prevention: warm-ups/cool-downs, joint mobility, stretching/foam rolling

Scheduling: sessions are purchased one at a time and scheduled individually (no multi-session package required).
